We accept most commercial insurers: Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, United Health Group, ChampVA, Carelon, Aetna, Cigna, Quest Behavioral, Select Health, among others.

  • We are currently still waiting on contracting for Tricare, Medicaid, Medicare and, as of now, are out-of-network.

Private-Pay Rates:

  • New Patient: $300

  • Follow-Up Visit: $175
