We accept most commercial insurers: Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, United Health Group, ChampVA, Carelon, Aetna, Cigna, Quest Behavioral, Select Health, among others.

Private-Pay Rates:

  • New Patient: $300

  • Follow-Up Visit: $175

  • Sliding scale appointments may be available on a limited basis. Please contact us and an application can be provided to you.
