Initial Consult

Your initial consult is a comprehensive, unhurried visit designed to understand the full picture — not just a diagnosis or a symptom list. We take the time to talk through your mental health concerns, medical history, lifestyle factors, and what’s actually been working (or not) in your life so far.

This is a collaborative starting point — thoughtful, thorough, and tailored to you.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • A 60–75 minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation

  • Review of mental health, medical, and family history

  • Discussion of current mood symptoms.

  • Consideration of hormonal factors, including perimenopause when relevant

  • Thoughtful medication review and recommendations (when appropriate)

  • Initial treatment plan focused on clarity, steadiness, and next steps

  • Time for questions — real ones, not rushed ones.

A bright, minimalistic bedroom corner with white curtains, a wooden desk, chair with a pillow, a desk lamp, a framed map on the wall, a potted plant, and a window with textured glass. Cozy space for psychiatric services for mental wellness.

follow-up option 2

Some visits need more space — and that’s intentional. Extended follow-ups allow time to dig deeper into complex symptoms, hormonal shifts, ADHD patterns, medication transitions, or those “something feels off but I can’t explain it” moments.

These visits support more integrative care, including lifestyle factors, perimenopausal changes, pharmacogenetic insights, and longer-range planning.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • Everything in medication follow-ups, plus:

  • Deeper symptom and pattern review

  • Hormonal and lifestyle considerations

  • Medication transitions or deprescribing when appropriate

  • Space for questions, reflection, and planning.
