At TrailMind Health & Wellness, we don’t look at mental health in a vacuum. We regularly order and interpret hormone panels (when indicated), micronutrients, and annual lab work to help identify physical factors that can influence mood, focus, energy, and medication response.

How you can get your labs drawn:

  • We are happy to write orders you can take to your lab of choice, or

  • If you’re self-pay or have a high-deductible plan, we can send orders through Fullscript so you can have labs drawn at Quest Diagnostics—often at a significantly lower cash price than paying out of pocket or using your deductible.

    • These discounted labs typically do not apply toward your insurance deductible, but for many patients, the cost savings can be significant.

Results are reviewed alongside your symptoms, history, and treatment plan—whether the goal is ruling out medical contributors to mental health concerns or safely monitoring medications over time.
